Samurize is this nifty utility that lets you embed monitor for your Windows systems in your desktop. The thing that is extra nifty is it comes with an editor that lets you make your meters look however you please.

The example is me playing around with it after download several from DeviantArt to see how it works.

In short, engineer art.
