The Meme That is Currently Eating LJ...

Gacked from everyone:

I want whoever who reads this to ask me 4 questions. Any 4, no matter how dirty or random. I have to answer them honestly. In turn, you have to post this message in your own journal, and you have can answer the questions that are asked of you

I wonder what the rule is if you have already done the meme?

Mood: hungrystarved
Comments

1. Mother's maiden name.
2. SS#?
3. DOB?
4. Favorite sexual position?

To make it more entertaining, I have scrambled the answers

I love the way you're going for the identity theft thing. I suspect that P might notice the difference, however.

1. How did you come to know of Inuyasha?
2. Would you rather be stuck on a desert island or alone on a (hospitable) planet?
3. Regarding #2, what 5 things (people, stuff, real or imagined) would you like to have with you there?
4. I've run out of questions so I'll recycle my favorite: favorite color?

1. Didn't really become cogniscent until Cartoon Network. Probably shortyly after I got hooked by YYH and RK.

2. Don't really see the difference. I'm not a survivalist either way.

3.1 Some sort of beacony deal. I'm not social but I need my civilization.
3.2 The Professor from "Gilligan's Island" to build me a civilization while we're waiting for the beacon to work.
3.3 A micro-library and reader containing every book ever written before I was stranded.
3.4 Some sort of recorder or paper and pencil. Can't break with tradition; you have to keep a diary and stuff in these situations.
3.5 An infinite container of nice processed food so I don't have to eat the real thing.

One may wonder why I don't include my husband and child. There's no need for us all to suffer and I want someone back home reminding the press I'm still missing.

4. Copper, the color my hair was when I was younger. Or Black.

I mentioned this to my husband and he reminded me that I've always wanted a magic cookbook, a cookbook where you select a recipe and the food pops out all done. So I'm replacing 3.5 with the magical cookbook.

The rule is you're excused from doing it again.

1. If you could just pick, what do you want your daughter to be when she grows up?

2. Are you closer to your online or real life friends?

3. Do you believe in ghosts?

4. Have you forgotten that there are still three chapters to go on Watcher? (sorry, couldn't resist)

If I think of four more, can I ask again? Those were kinda lame.

1. Happy (I know, cop out answer but it's not my decision to make)

2. Pilgham is my best friend and I'm definitely closer to him than anyone else. Other than that, I am more intimate with my e-friends. (Least depressing answer I could make after several tries)

3. No.

4. Actually, I'm halfway through marking up the last chapter but I discovered part way through chapter 16 that I had screwed up on many of the ", and" pattern I had changed. This means I have to redo the first 15 chapters so I've been carefully hiding my head in the sand.

5. Yes, I love talking about myself.

Four questions?

Can't I...No of course not.

Can I take my four questions and ask them question by question?

Sure, whatever.

You simply don't want to have to reciprocate and have everyone pry.

ha i've already answered so this is free! whhheeeee!

1-what's it like having your hubby on your LJ (cna't imagine)
2-did you ever want another child?
3-who's your hero in rl? how much like your fandom hero/heroines are they? compare and contrast.
4-if could take anyone in the world to lunch, who would it be and what would you ask them?
5-how come when i posted this meme you didn't ask me any questions? (just noticed)

1. He never comes on anymore...Not as bad as having my child read my LJ. She likes to see what I have been saying about her. Back to pilgham, anything that might incriminate me I generally say in comments on someone else's post where he will never see it.

2. No.

3. I'm not really a person who has heroes but the person I most admire in RL would be my HS drop out Dad. He got his HS diploma and, in his late 30s a 2 year college degree in computing. He was a great Dad, always spending time with us. Seeing how anime is full of absent parents, he's not really comparable. I did always like Steele in RS for being entirely self-made, like my Dad, except it turns out Steele had a mentor.

4. You lot and I would ask you to enjoy your meal and not pinch the bus boy's back sides.

5. Hey! Because I can never think of questions. Mine are boring. I could recycle the ones I used for Inusaga, if you like.

Wow. What a fascinating conversation. Oo Is it okay that I'm officially weirded out?

Ok, Ok, I have questions! I get four, right?

1. What's a meme? (official definition, please)

2. Have you ever REALLY participated in a threesome?

3. What one thing have you eaten that grosses out the most people when you tell them you ate it?

4. If you could choose the kind of life you lived in your previous life, what would it be like?

Oo Is it okay that I'm officially weirded out?

Sometimes, even I I get weirded out.

1. First, from memory, a meme is a unit of information that propagates itself. It sort of corresponds to a gene in biology.

Now the official definition: "A unit of cultural information, such as a cultural practice or idea, that is transmitted verbally or by repeated action from one mind to another."

On LJ, it's a quiz or a task or something similar that each poster puts their own spin on. Often, the post includes "tagging" others who are supposed to do it next. You have self-tagged by asking me 4 questions.

2. Not technically, unless you count necking with 2 guys at once.

3. I'm a picky eater so the things I eat don't gross out others. However, I am very fond of refried beans which often have an unpleasant appearance and may disgust the onlooker and, later, the onsmeller.

4. I don't believe in reincarnation or any sort of afterlife. This is all there is. That being said... I choose to have lived a kindly life earning all kinds of good karma for me to waste in this one.
